TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF THE FUEL<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Antracite: combustion heat \u2013 6700\u00f78000 kcal\/kg, moisture percentage \u2013 4\u00f75 %, ash content \u2013 \u2264 25%, ignitable volatile compounds\u2019 egress \u2013 \u2264 9%. Benefits: high content of carbon (up to 95%), burns in case of strong draft without flame, flavorless and smokeless; high combustion heat that increases the new fuel portion laying interval; does not bake. Shortcomings \u2013 ignites badly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Black coal: combustion heat \u2013 5000\u00f76700 kcal\/kg, moisture percentage \u2013 6\u00f712%, ash content \u2013 15\u00f733 of %, ignitable volatile compounds\u2019 egress \u2013 4\u00f710 of %. Benefits: ignites well. Shortcomings: is able to bake depending on brand of coal; high exit of ashes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Coal fuel briquettes \u2013 5500\u00f77500 kcal\/kg, moisture percentage \u2013 10\u00f712%, ash content \u2013 \u2264 17%, ignitable volatile compounds\u2019 egress \u2013 \u2264 9%. Benefits: ignites well, burns without smoke and releases no carbon monoxide; low exit of ashes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Brown coal: combustion heat \u2013 3000\u00f74100 kcal\/kg, moisture percentage \u2013 30\u00f745%, ash content \u2013 \u2264 45%, ignitable volatile compounds\u2019 egress \u2013 \u2265 45%. Benefits: ignites well; does not bake. Shortcomings: exit gases\u2019 high emission of gaseous and firm particles; low combustion heat; spontaneous ignition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2014Brown-coal briquette: combustion heat \u2013 3900\u00f74500 kcal\/kg, moisture percentage \u2013 \u2264 23,5%, ash content \u2013 \u2264 28%, ignitable volatile compounds\u2019 egress \u2013 \u2265 50%. Benefits: ignites well; does not bake; resistance to spontaneous ignition in case of long-term storage. Shortcomings: exit gases\u2019 high emission of gaseous and firm particles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Peat briquette: combustion heat \u2013 5500\u00f75700 kcal\/kg, moisture percentage \u2013 \u2264 16%, ash content \u2013 \u2264 16%, ignitable volatile compounds\u2019 egress \u2013 \u2265 50%. Benefits: ignites well; does not bake; resistance to spontaneous ignition in case of long-term storage; low exit of ashes; contains no harmful volatiles. Shortcomings: low combustion heat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

COPPER\u2019S DESIGN<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

EUROTHERM CS is a copper with fuel\u2019s hand loading the design of which is based on the heat exchanger with the horizontal convection channel. Thanks to it, the copper reaches high performance in case of compact size. The convenient loading door is located at an angle. Big fuel burning surface. The copper sheathing heating temperature does not exceed 25 C due to effective thermal insulation use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The EUROTHERM CS coppers use anthracite, brown and black coal, firewood, peat briquettes and milling peat as fuel. The copper\u2019s heat exchanger is manufactured from 3 mm thick boiler steel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The mechanical draft regulator connection is possible. The draft regulator operates air intake process for fuel combustion, depending on heat carrier temperature. Thereby, it protects the copper from overheating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
