Shortcomings \u2013 ignites badly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Black coal: combustion heat \u2013 5000\u00f76700 kcal\/kg, moisture percentage \u2013 6\u00f712%, ash content \u2013 15\u00f733 of %, ignitable volatile compounds\u2019 egress \u2013 4\u00f710 of %. Benefits: ignites well. Shortcomings: is able to bake depending on brand of coal; high exit of ashes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Black coal fuel briquettes: \u2013 5500\u00f77500 kcal\/kg, moisture percentage \u2013 10\u00f712%, ash content \u2013 \u2264 17%, ignitable volatile compounds\u2019 egress \u2013 \u2264 9%. Benefits: ignites well, burns without smoke and releases no carbon monoxide; low exit of ashes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Brown coal: combustion heat \u2013 3000\u00f74100 kcal\/kg, moisture percentage \u2013 30\u00f745%, ash content \u2013 \u2264 45%, ignitable volatile compounds\u2019 egress \u2013 \u2265 45%. Benefits: ignites well; does not bake. Shortcomings: exit gases\u2019 high emission of gaseous and firm particles; low combustion heat; spontaneous ignition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Brown-coal briquette: combustion heat \u2013 3900\u00f74500 kcal\/kg, moisture percentage \u2013 \u2264 23,5%, ash content \u2013 \u2264 28%, ignitable volatile compounds\u2019 egress \u2013 \u2265 50%. Benefits: ignites well; does not bake; resistance to spontaneous ignition in case of long-term storage. Shortcomings: exit gases\u2019 high emission of gaseous and firm particles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Peat briquette: combustion heat \u2013 3700\u00f73900 kcal\/kg, moisture percentage \u2013 \u2264 16%, ash content \u2013 \u2264 11%, ignitable volatile compounds\u2019 egress \u2013 \u2265 50%. Benefits: ignites well; does not bake; resistance to spontaneous ignition in case of long-term storage; low exit of ashes. Shortcomings: low combustion heat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Fuel briquette (biofuel): combustion heat \u2013 3850\u00f75000 kcal\/kg, moisture percentage \u2013 \u2264 12%, ash content \u2013 \u2264 16%, ignitable volatile compounds\u2019 egress \u2013 \u2265 10%. Benefits: ignites well; does not bake; resistance to spontaneous ignition in case of long-term storage; low exit of ashes; contains no harmful volatiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Firewood: combustion heat \u2013 2440\u00f72910 kcal\/kg, moisture percentage \u2013 \u2264 25%, ash content \u2013 \u2264 1-3%. Benefits: ignites well; does not bake; resistance to spontaneous ignition in case of long-term storage; low exit of ashes; contains no harmful volatiles. Fuel level indicator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The fuel loading door 10, clean sweep door group 11, Draught limiter connection sleeve pipe 17, the thermometer 19 are located in the boiler\u2019s front part. There are stack gases stub tube 9, coolant delivery stub tube 15, return water stub tube 16 in the back part of a boiler. The air damper 21 and the secondary air regulator 20 are located on the boiler\u2019s upper cover 22. The air heating camera 5 is mounted for fuel burning quality and heat transmission improvement in the upper part of the combustion chamber. In order to avoid boiler bottom heating a row of a fire-clay brick (fettling) 12 is located in the lower part of a firepot 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For optimum heat removal achievement between air heating camera and combustion chamber walls of a boiler there is a gap across the perimeter whereby the smoke, enveloping the air heating chamber, comes into the carry fumes hole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The telescopic pipe of air supply 6 descends into combustion chamber, at the end of which fastens an air distributor burner device 7. On the right side of a copper, opposite to a door, there is a cable 13 for air delivery heaving with a ring 14 and the fixing hook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The air distributor\u2019s purpose is to give air into the burning zone evenly.
