By placing main body\u2019s special design copper exchanger into water cavity it is possible to produce hot water for household needs. The B1 and T3 branch pipes for&nbsp;KT TSY(P2) unit&nbsp;<\/strong>\u2013&nbsp;<strong>are absent<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>T1.1 and T1.2\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 heating system water inlet (direct water) to the left and to the right respectively;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>T2.1 and T2.2\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 heating system water yield (return water) to the left and to the right respectively;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>B1\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 cold water input into GVS heat recovery system;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>T3\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 heated water yield from GVS heat recovery system;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>G1\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 low pressure natural gas inlet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Devices are supplied in two \u201cinput and output\u201d branch pipe couples of the heating system\u2019s heat carrier \u2013 to the left and the right accordingly. One couple of branch pipes to the left or to the right can be blanked off by the screw plug. It is possible to connect two approximately equivalent independent heating system branches by the design decision confirmation to the device. In that case, it is necessary to install two pump components after T1.1 and T 1.2.branch pipes, at heating system forced circulation realization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">DESIGN PECULIARITIES<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Devices consist of such main parts:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>heat recovery systems with furnace and combustion products\u2019 intake tank;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>copper heat heat recovery systems (only for KT TBY(P2) devices);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>gas-oil unit with autogenous automatic equipment;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>decoratory case;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>air duct;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>chimney;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>wind-shelter case.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The device\u2019s major components, parts and details are presented in figure 3<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The device, executed in form box-type structure form, is intended for floor-level installation near the outer wall. All device\u2019s basic elements are installeded on the steel heat recovery system which structurally unites:&nbsp;<strong>fire-tube heat recovery system 1, furnace 2, combustion products\u2019 intake tank 3, gas fuel unit 4&nbsp;<\/strong>representing&nbsp;<strong>frontal sheet 5&nbsp;<\/strong>with:&nbsp;<strong>flame-igniter unit 6&nbsp;<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>gas collecting main 7&nbsp;<\/strong>and&nbsp;<strong>autogenous automatic equipment 8&nbsp;<\/strong>, fixed on the heat recovery system\u2019s forward wall. The device\u2019s decoratory enclosure group consists of&nbsp;<strong>side 9, forward 10 and upper walls 11&nbsp;<\/strong>. Gas fixture\u2019s governing bodies are removed through the upper wall into its front end. The governing bodies with an open cosmetic cover are provided in figure 3 (top view). The branch pipes 12 and 13 are removed by device\u2019s corresponding elements for outer heating pipelines\u2019 connection to the device<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The design has provided an opportunity for both right and left connection for heating system pipelines connection convenience, at the same time. Wherefore there are screwed nozzles on both sides. Either all four branch pipes, or less can be involved. Depending on heating system design. The uninvolved branch pipes needed to be muffled, however. The GVS contour \u0441onnection pipelines is made only on one hand. Through&nbsp;<strong>branch pipes 14, 15.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The air intake duct 16&nbsp;<\/strong>and&nbsp;<strong>combustion products\u2019 disposal duct 17&nbsp;<\/strong>are executed in the interpretation form, allowing to remove them through 250 to 600 mm thick outer wall&nbsp;<strong>. The wind-shelter case 18 fastens from the outer side of a wall, promoting combustion products withdrawal on the street and air intake for burning from the street steadily.
